The offers are not a ladder. Guided is a complete membership. Closer adds prepared personal work around defined live decisions; it does not unlock a superior method.
1. Private by default
We work only with information you deliberately provide.
2. Questions before reassurance
Confidence is not used as a substitute for evidence. A claim does not become proof because it is repeated confidently.
3. The same method in both membership options
Closer Access adds preparation, not a secret method.
4. No peer-advice expectation
Members are not expected to advise one another.
5. Anonymisation before pattern sharing
Identifying details are removed before recurring lessons are shared.
6. Prepared decision guides
Prepared Private Decision Reviews, the Closer Decision Room and Founder Reviews follow the same preparation, privacy and confidentiality standards.
7. No rushed answer
Where evidence is incomplete, the uncertainty stays visible. We say what is missing rather than smoothing the gap away.
8. NDA where appropriate
An agreement may be put in place before sensitive information is shared.
9. Boundaries remain visible
No unlimited investigation, emergency access or regulated advice.
10. The member owns the final choice
We make reasoning visible; the member decides.
Uncertainty stays visible until the evidence earns more.

If material evidence is missing, we name the gap. We do not fill it with reassurance just to make the decision feel finished.
Repetition is not proof.
A claim does not become evidence because it is repeated, confidently presented or supported by enthusiasm.
Conditional means conditional.
If the evidence supports “proceed only if” or “pause and verify,” the position remains conditional until the named condition is resolved.
The membership promises are specific.
- The Monthly Decision Briefing is recorded, not live.
- The member library begins from the month joined.
- Closer Access includes one Priority Decision Desk submission each active paid month, with prepared personal review and priority written follow-through.
- One prepared 60-minute private Founder Review becomes available after each six active paid months and does not accumulate into unlimited consulting time.
- There is no emergency access or unlimited consulting.
- Monthly cancellation requires one billing cycle’s written notice, with access continuing until the confirmed end date.
Manufactured urgency is not part of the Circle.
The Circle does not use fake countdown clocks, false scarcity or invented last-minute price changes to pressure a person into joining. Genuine changes to price, availability or structure must be communicated plainly.
